The London Nobody sings
This is a website that is dedicated to, and collects together, songs about London. It is put together by Yr Heart Out. It is a year long, song a day, project due to be completed in June 2010.The only rules for song selection are that “the songs must be brilliant and that the blindingly obvious numbers are excluded. The songs may be explicitly about London or obliquely about the city in some way”. Its a great site. You can reach the London Nobody Sings here.

The Word Magazine.
It’s not a London magazine per se, but it is put together in London (weak link perhaps) and it is the best music, and more, magazine for people of a certain perspective and age. Its very well written. Old troupers David Hepworth and Mark Ellen mix with young(ish) whippersnappers to produce it. Also has a great website and one of the funniest podcast out there.
